“As if i had no choice but to move”: Woman refused to switch plane seats

A woman booked a long flight to San Francisco well in advance and was upgraded to first class due to her travel points.

During the flight, a flight attendant asked her to give up her seat so a 10-year-old boy could sit with his family in first class.

She declined, as she was excited about her upgrade. An older woman nearby criticized her, but the flight attendant accepted her decision.

The boy frequently walked up and down the aisle to visit his parents during the 13-hour flight.
